ON THE PROGRAM :

- Breathing, feeling your body in movement, releasing tensions
- Observe the environment, feel the connection to the Earth, create a relationship between
sensations and the environment
- Playing, creating, alone and together
- Writing

Through play, I will guide you to create forms, listen and reveal the messages of your body
your body. Writing will support our explorations.

My INGREDIENTS :
I am inspired by Life/Art Process®, Art-Ritual, EcoRitual®, and all the journeys that have given me keys to understanding the links between humans and nature.

YOU WILL RECEIVE :

Who is it for ?
Everyone from 12 years old, no previous experience in art and dance is necessary.

WHAT TO BRING ?
your own picnic, thermos, comfortable and warm clothing, shoes for walking in nature, a notebook and pen, a small backpack to put it all in !
