The LAB continues in Viols-en-Laval (34) starting April 22nd.

On the agenda : Composition & Performance

This workshop is an opportunity to explore movement, body awareness, and the joy of creating together.

Feeling one's body from within opens up new perspectives.

When movement arises from sensations, creativity unfolds naturally.

We'll start with improvisational games to invent small choreographic forms.

Writing may sometimes interlace with dance.

We'll approach dance using certain tools from the Life Art Process®, incorporating improvisation, contact dance, and small choreographic forms.

Everyone will have the opportunity to propose themes for collective exploration.

We'll likely dance at Domaine des Roussières on sunny days !

The Life Art Process® is a practice of expressive arts based on movement, co-founded by Anna Halprin, a pioneer of performance in the United States. Her practice of the SCORE is a tool I use both for creating performances and in everyday life.

When ?

From April 22nd to the end of June Mondays : 8pm to 10pm Multipurpose hall in Viols-en-Laval and in June, 1-2 workshops outdoors at Domaine des Roussières.

How much ?
15€ per workshop 130€ for 10 workshops

For whom ?
No prerequisites. Open to all curious individuals and those more experienced in live performance.
