MONDAY WEEKLY COURSE - 6:30-8:30am
Movement workshop to dive into the heart of the interior landscape. Dance improvisation to stimulate mindfulness and the relation between anatomy and gestures. Connecting to intimate organs, pelvis, being a woman. Breathing and creating.

I am inspired by my practice in contemporary dance, the Life/Art Process® and the Tao for Woman.
Audience : Women - no dance experience required
MONDAY 6:30-8:30 pm (from April 29) at Feminessence (rue Vanderkindere 279 - Uccle)
Price : 90€ (set of 8 lessons) OR 15€/course

Membership fee: €15/year, once per calendar year, to take part in the workshops.
If you cancel: 20% of the amount is refunded if you let me know 15 days before the workshop starts. After that, no refund except in case of force majeure.
